Roasted Mutton Ran Recipe

Ingredients

Mutton Leg 3 kg
salt 1 1/2 tbsp
red chili powder 2 tbsp
tandori masala 25 gm
raw papaya paste 4 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
vinegar 1 cup


Method


Mix all the ingredients and apply on mutton leg gently and marinate this mutton leg for 24 hour
After 24 hour we add 1 cup of oil in pan and roast this mutton leg for few mints then add 2 glass of water and cook on low flame till mutton done and tender
when mutton tender keep out the leg from pan and add 1 chopped tomato in gravy cook till tomatoes soft 
when tomatoes gone soft add 1 2 tbsp of corn flour with 4 tbsp of water ,mix it well cook for few mints more
Now again add mutton leg in pan and cook for few mints and then turn off the flame and serve the roasted mutton leg with salad
