Chicken Manchurian Ingredients Chicken Boneless 300 gm corn flour 1/2 cup plain flour 3 tbsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp egg 1 soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp For gravy Ketchup 1 cup Oil 1/2 cup Mix vegetable 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp Chili sauce 1 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Corn flour 3 tsp Method add all the ingredients in bowl and marinate the chicken for 15 mints. Now deep fry the chicken till golden brown. keep a side For gravy add oil in pan and add vegetables with all seasoning saute well . add ketchup and little bit of water. now add corn flour to make gravy thick as you required . Pour the sauce on cook chicken and serve.
