Pizza Sauce Ingredients olive oil 3 tbsp tomatoes 300 gm garlic crush 3 tbsp onion chopped 1 red chili powder 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp Method First blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin then cut in two parts. Add oil in pan with garlic and onion cook till  transparent. now add tomatoes and cook on slow flame until tomatoes soft Now cook the sauce on high flame to make smooth texture. Pizza sauce is ready .

Dal Chawal Recipe

Dal Chawal Recipe Ingredients. Split Red Lentil                Masoor dal   half cup (soak in water) Split Green gram Moong dal   half cup  (soak in water) Rice    2 cup              (soak in Water) Red whole chilies 2-3 Cumin 1 tsp Bay leave 2 Green chilies 2 Curry leave 4-5 Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp Oil 1/2 cup   Salt 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric  1/2 tsp Method First add 1 ltr water in pan ,add both lentil  with  1/2 tsp salt ,red chili powder and turmeric . Now add 3 tbsp off oil in pan for rice  then add cumin 1/4 tsp, buy leave and green chilies ,fry for few second then add 4 cup of water and 1 tsp salt. bring to boil. Now add soak rice and cook until water reduce ,then cook on slow flame for more 10 mints. Rice is ready now. For dal tarka add oil in pan add garlic ,curry leave,red chili and cumin fry for few second then pour on ready dal . Dal chawal is ready to serve .

Chicken Biryani Recipe Ingredients. Chicken 1 kg Basmati rice 750 gm Potatoes 100 gm Fried onion 1 cup Tomatoes  3-4 raw tomatoes 3 green chilies 6-7 salt 4 tbsp whole spices crush 2 tbsp whole spice powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp  coriander powder 1 tsp tamarind  soak in water 1 cup yogurt 1 cup food color 1/4 tsp fresh mint 1 cup fresh coriander 1 cup oil 1 cup ghee 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp Method First marinate the chicken with red chili powder ,turmeric,1 tsp salt,gram masala powder ,coriander ,ginger garlic paste,ghee and  tamarind. Leave for 5 hour. Soak the rice in water and boil with salt. Now add oil in pan and add crush gram masala green chilies and tomatoes cook until tomatoes soft . Lauki Ki Sabzi Recipe Ingredients  Bottle ground 500 gm  Oil 1 cup Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 /2 tsp Turmeric  1/4 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp  Tomatoes 2 chopped  Garlic chopped 1 tbsp cumin 1/4 tsp Method Add oil in pan add garlic and roast till light golden brown now add cumin and bottle ground    in pan.                                                                          Now add turmeric,salt ,coriander ,chili powder and       tomatoes mix well cook untill done. Egg Curry Recipe Ingredients Egg boiled 5 Fried onion paste 1 cup Tomato paste 1 cup ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tsp oil 1 cup Method first add oil in pan then fry the boiled egg for few seconds. Now remove from oil and add some more oil in same pan add ginger garlic paste,tomato paste ,onion paste and all spices, make nice gravy then add fried boil eggs. Egg curry is ready to serve.

Roasted Mutton Ran Recipe Ingredients Mutton Leg 3 kg salt 1 1/2 tbsp red chili powder 2 tbsp tandori masala 25 gm raw papaya paste 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp vinegar 1 cup Method Mix all the ingredients and apply on mutton leg gently and marinate this mutton leg for 24 hour After 24 hour we add 1 cup of oil in pan and roast this mutton leg for few mints then add 2 glass of water and cook on low flame till mutton done and tender when mutton tender keep out the leg from pan and add 1 chopped tomato in gravy cook till tomatoes soft  when tomatoes gone soft add 1 2 tbsp of corn flour with 4 tbsp of water ,mix it well cook for few mints more Now again add mutton leg in pan and cook for few mints and then turn off the flame and serve the roasted mutton leg with salad

Beef Cutlet Recipe Ingredients beef mince 500 gm flour 1 cup egg 3  bread crumb for coating onion chopped 2  green chilies chopped 2 red chili powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tbsp Method first add beef mince in large bowl with all ingredients and mix well . make cutlet shape of mince and coat with bread crumb  Keep this cutlet for 30 mints in fridge  Now fry till golden brown . Serve with green chatni,ketchup and mint raita.

Beef Tikka Boti Recipe Ingredients Beef bone less boti 800 gm Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp raw papaya paste  2 tbsp Green chilies past 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Coriander 1 tbsp  Gram Masala powder 1tbsp Tandori food color few drop Vinegar 4 tbsp Method  Add vinegar and salt in beef and marinate it for 24 hours. Now add all spices and Ingridients in beef and again marinate for 10 hours or over night After marinate assemble the boti on iron  skewers and bar b q on charcoal . Beef tikka boti is ready to serve .

Lemon Tart Recipe Ingredients For Crust pastry flour 200 gm Butter 150 gm caster sugar 100 gm vanila essence few drop   For lemon curd egg yolk 100 gm sugar 100 gm melted butter 100 gm lemon food color few drop lemon essence few drop Method For lemon curd combine the all ingredients in pan mix well and cook for 8 mints on slow flam Lemon curd is ready let cool down on room temperature . Now preheat the oven and prepaired the tart mould with grese of butter for crust pastry add butter in bowl with caster suger mix well now add flour and venila essence and make a foft dough and keep it in refregerator for 20 mints Now roll the dough with roller pin and cut the pastry with cutter and assemble in tart shells and bake in oven till golden brown. Now let it cool completely ,then pour the curd on tart pastry and garnish with cherries.
