Mutton Nawabi recipe

Mutton Nawabi recipe Ingredients Mutton 500 gm ghee desi 1 cup onion meduim 4 tomatoes 3 medium ginger 1 inch piece garlic clove 4-5 Whole  gram spice 30 gm Whole coriander 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp salt  1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Green chilies 3-4 Method  First add 1 littre of water in pan then add coriander,fennel ,cumin ,mutton ,peel whole onion,garlic , garlic and salt cook untill mutton half done when mutton half done spred the mutton ,ginger,garlic and onion from mutton stock Filter the mutton stock and keep a side Now make paste of onion ,ginger and garlic in mixer Make tomatoes paste. Now add ghee in pan add mutton and cook until golden brown. Now remove the mutton from ghee and add gram masala fry for few second. Now add green chilies with onion paste and fry for 4 mints. Now add tomato paste with mutton stock cook for more 7 mints now add fry mutton in garvy and cook for 10 mints

Beef Nehari Recipe/ Javed Nehari

Beef Nehari Recipe/ Javed Nehari Ingredients Beef with bone 3 kg onion  medium size 2 nehari masala 5 tbsp ghee 2 cup ginger Garlic paste 3 tbsp Flour 1 cup Method   First add ghee in pan and add onion cook until golden brown  Now add ginger garlic paste and suate  add nehari masala fry for few second Now add 1 galss water and bring to boil then add beef and fry for 5 mints When meet fry add 2 jug of water and leave for 4 hour on slow flam to meat tender After 4 hour when meat tender spread the meat from Shorba and keep a side Now make thin paste of flour with water and add in shorba for thick the garavy Now add all meat in nehari shorba and cook for 20 mints Beef nehari is ready to serve garnish with lemon,fresh coriander and green chilies.

Baklava Recipe

Baklava  Recipe  Ingredients Flour 150 gm mix nut 200 gm milk 1 cup sugar 150 gm honey 2 tbsp lemon 1 Egg 1 Melted Butter 200 gm Method First we make sugar syrub ,add 3/4  cup of water in pan bring to boil and add sugar,honey,and lemon cook till syrub become thick. Now make phyllo pastry ,Add flour in bowl with egg and make a soft dough with water. keep the rest for 20 mints . Now makesmall balls of dough and flat the each ball with roller pin  Now assemble the flat roti one by one with dust of plan flour.Now again flat them with roller pin .phello pastry is ready now now assemble the phello pastry one by one with melted butter and nuts  Cut the Baklava pastry as you like and bake in oven for 20  mints . Now keep baklawa and suger both on room temperature then pour the syrub on baklava and rest for 4 hour Baklawa is ready to serve now.

Chapli Kabab Recipe  Ingredients beef mince 500 gm egg 2 cumin seeds 1 tbsp Whole coriander 1tbsp red chilli whole 5-7 Anardana 2 tbsp salt 1 tsp gram masala powder 1tsp black pepper powder 1tsp fresh coriander 1/2 cup spring onion 2 tbsp Tomatoes 2 onion 1 Gram flour 1 cup green chilies 2 Method  First add whole coriander,cumin anardana and whole red chilies in pan to dry roast and grind these spices . Dry raost the gram flour in pan and keep  a side finely chopped the all vegetabals  Now make make baby egg and keep a side. add beef mine in large bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well. make it in kabab shape and shalow fry till done serve with green chatni or ketchup

Chicken Shawarma Recipe

Chicken Shawarma Recipe Ingredients Chicken boneless 500 gm Bar B q Sauce 1 cup Oil 2 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp Mustard paste1 tsp Paprika powder Vegetable pickel Cucumber1 large cut in slice Cabbage 1 small cut in slice Capsicum 1 medium cut in slice salt 1 tsp veniger 2 tbsp hot water 2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup fresh cream 1/2 cup yugart 1/2 cup ketchup as required Pita bread as required  Method First we merinate chicken with salt,masturd paste,paprikka powder,oil and bar b q sauce for 1 hour. After 1 hour haet the pan and add chicken cook till done. For pickle add all vegetable ,salt,veniger and hot water in bowl and keep a side. for mayo dip add mayonnaise,fresh cream and yugart in bowl mix well and keep a side. Now aply ketchupand mayo sause on pita bread  put the cooked chicken and vegetable pickle in center and roll the pita bread to make showrma.Serve with mayo dip or kitchup.

Pita Bread Recipe Homemade Ingredients. Flour 500gm Dry yeast 2tbsp sugar 2 tbsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp Melted butter 3 tbsp Egg 1  Method Add flour in bowl and add all ingredients and make  soft dough with luke warm water . Keep it in warm place to rise . When dough rise make ball and falt with roller pin and make pitta bread. Now cook on low flame on pan . Pitta bread is ready now.
