How To Make Dal Bati (Bati Recipe On Tawa) Ingredients. flour 500 gm Split Green gram /Moong dal 1 cup Split Bengal gram /Chana dal 1/2 cup red chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp Desi ghee 1 cup oil 4 tbsp green chilies 2 onion 1 garlic choped 1 tbsp Baking soda 1/4 tsp Method Boil 3 cup of water in pan then add Lentil wit salt,tumeric and red chili powder.Cook untill done For bati make soft dough with 1/4 tsp salt ,baking soda and 3 tbsp oil. make small balls of dough an cook on tawa for 20 mints. Now make tarka for dal add 2 tbsp of oil and add garlic and onion cook till brown and pour on dal. Now Make Dal bati serving plate add dal in bowl withsome green chilies ,onion and garlic ki chatni and bati ,on bati pour desi ghee and enjoy.

Garlic Chatni recipe Ingredients Lal degi mirch powder 4 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Garlic cloves 1 cup Method First we combine the all ingredients in bowl without oil. Now grind these ingredients in grinder and make it fine paste with little bit of water. Add oil in pan and add garlic mixture and cook for 5 mints. When oil seprate from side add 4 tbsp of water and coo again for more 4 mints Garlic chatni is ready to serve now.

Shahi Tukda Recipe(Eid Special Recipe) Ingredients Bread sliced 6  Condenced milk 80 gm Milk powdr 100 gm Fresh cream 100 gm Dry fruits 30 gm Full fat milk 500 gm Ghee 1 cup Sugar  6 tbsp Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp Safroon 1 pinch (soak in milk ) Method Add milk in pan and bring to boil and cook until milk reduce in half quantity. fry the bread slices in ghee and keep a side. When  milk is ready as or required add sugar ,safroon ,cardamom,condenced milk and milk powder and mix well when sugar dissolved in milk then turn off the flame. Assamble the fried bread slices in serving dish and pour the milk mixture on slices . Garnished with nuts and keep it in fridge for 1 hour. Serve chilled and enjoy.....

Mutton Korma Recipe Ingredients. onion fried 1 up yugart 1 cup oil 1 cup garam masala 20 gm turmeric 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp degi mirch 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Method Add oil in pan and add ginger garlic paste ,gram masala and mutton suate well. Add salt,degi mirch,coriander powder,turmeric and 2 cup of water . cook untill mutton done. When mutton is ready add fried onion and cook for more ten mints . Make thick garavy and simmer for ten mints more. Mutton korma is ready to serve.

Chicken Cheese Balls Recipe Ingredients Chicken mince 500 gm Cheese cube 125 gm Green chilies 2 (finely chopped) Salt 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Mustard paste 1/2 tsp Grammasala powder 1/2 tsp Egg 1  Bread crumb for coating Method Add chicken mince in bowl and add al ingredients ,mix it well. now make ball of chicken mince fill with cheese cube . coat with egg an bread crumb. Deep fry the balls and serve with any dip or kitchup.

Tarbooz Ka Sharbat Recipe Ingredients Watermelon 1 cup (cut in cube) Lemon juice 4 tbsp lemon sliced 1 Red syrup 1 cup Ice cube  Chilled water  Method First blend the watermelon in blender make it fine paste. Add chiled water in jug and add ice cube. Add watermelon paste in jug mix it  well and now add lemon slice and lemon juice with red syrup, mix it again and serve.
