Beef Tikka Boti Recipe

Ingredients

Beef bone less boti 800 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
raw papaya paste  2 tbsp
Green chilies past 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
 Gram Masala powder 1tbsp
Tandori food color few drop
Vinegar 4 tbsp


Method 


Add vinegar and salt in beef and marinate it for 24 hours.
Now add all spices and Ingridients in beef and again marinate for 10 hours or over night
After marinate assemble the boti on iron  skewers and bar b q on charcoal .
Beef tikka boti is ready to serve .
