Lauki Ki Sabzi Recipe Ingredients  Bottle ground 500 gm  Oil 1 cup Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 /2 tsp Turmeric  1/4 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp  Tomatoes 2 chopped  Garlic chopped 1 tbsp cumin 1/4 tsp Method Add oil in pan add garlic and roast till light golden brown now add cumin and bottle ground    in pan.                                                                          Now add turmeric,salt ,coriander ,chili powder and       tomatoes mix well cook untill done.
