Today I am Making Keema Karahi ,Keema which implies minced meat and usaully we make kabab,burger patties ,samosa ,roll and nan also .we use  keema in filling for different dishes.Today I am going to share tasty and delicious recipe of Keema Karahi .Keema Karahi tastes great when cook with all spices and tomatoes cooking in karahi develop a different taste of dishes ,In this recipe mince is cooked in karahi which is super delicious when done.  Mutton grilled with vegetables  Ingredients Mutton 500 gm Baby onion 3-4 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Dry red chillies 2-3 Salt 1 Tsp For marinate lemon 1 coriander 2 tbsp Mint 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp green chillies 2-3 hot chilli sauce 4 tbsp some vegetables of your own choice  Method First, we will boil the mutton, Add 250 ml water in the pan, mutton,,ginger garlic, salt, onion, dry chillies and cook untill half done. Seprate the onion and mutton from pan and keep aside. For homemade marination sause, we will add the whole in ingredients in the blender with boiled onion, blend them well and pour on boiled mutton, leave it for 1/2 hour. Now grilled the mutton and add vegetables in recmaining sauce . now well grilled the vegetables aso and serve.

Mutton Nawabi recipe Ingredients Mutton 500 gm ghee desi 1 cup onion meduim 4 tomatoes 3 medium ginger 1 inch piece garlic clove 4-5 Whole  gram spice 30 gm Whole coriander 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp salt  1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Green chilies 3-4 Method  First add 1 littre of water in pan then add coriander,fennel ,cumin ,mutton ,peel whole onion,garlic , garlic and salt cook untill mutton half done when mutton half done spred the mutton ,ginger,garlic and onion from mutton stock Filter the mutton stock and keep a side Now make paste of onion ,ginger and garlic in mixer Make tomatoes paste.
