Beef Stuffed Potato Cutlets Recipe
A cutlet is a ball of meat or vegetable with different spices and ingredients with dipped in egg and then coated with bread crumbs and flour then deep fried. The Pakistani potato and meat cutlet is mostly shallow fried.
Mostly I follow my mother’s recipes . They took me down memory lane to the sweet times of the past. Here is the tasty recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients
Potatoes mashed 300 gm
mincemeat of your preference 100 gram cooked
Red chillie powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic crushed 1 tsp
small onion choped 1
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Method
Brown onions in a tablespoon oil, adding ginger garlic, red chillie powder, salt, cumin and meat, cook until meat is done and stir on high heat adding garam masala.
In Mashed potaoes adding cooked meat, 2 to 3 chopped green chillie, 3 tbsp. fresh cilantro and half a diced onions; red chillie, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well, form patty, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry on medium to high heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with chutney and ketchup, and enjoy with a cup of chai.
