Stuffed Bun Recipe/Chicken Stuffed Bun
Ingredients.
Bun Dough 750 gm
Chicken boiled
Onion
Tomato
Soya Sauce
chilli sauce
green chillies
oil
salt
Black Pepper
At home, I made from overly white, cake, sweet dough. This dough looked different and, as it turned out, produced superior . It was the first time that I'd ever detected wheat flour's natural savor in Additionally, dough wasn't cloying and it allowed the filling to really pop. My friends and I enjoyed daily during our life stay,quickly became my benchmark for perfection, and it had to do with the dough.

Method
Heat oil in pan, add onion, saute till it transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste , saute for few minutes.
Add tomatoes ,chilli suace,soy suace, black peper and salt, mix thoroughly and cook until raw smell goes away.Now add chicken.the stuffing is ready .
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts and roll into ball
Line the baking tray with baking sheets.
Take a one ball and make it like small disc, Place a 2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre and bring the edges to seal.
Place the bun in baking tray and repeat the process for the rest of the dough.
Brush the bun with butter and cover it with lid / plastic wrap, let it sit for few minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 deg C and bake the buns for 18 to 22 minutes or until it turns golden brown color. ( mine took 19 minutes) Brush butter on top of the buns and serve warm with coffee / tea.
