Bun Kabab Recipe /Bun kabab / Shami Burger / Street Food

 Bun kababs are usually found in roadside stalls and in restaurants all across the Pakistan ,Specially in Karachi everyone love  Bun kebab consists of a spicy patty which is shallow-fried, onions, and chutney or raita in a bun.Bun kebab is a sandwich, originating from Pakistan, especially Karachi’s burns road kay bun kabab is very famus about its taste and spices.

Ingredients

Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Bun Kabab
Onion finely sliced 1
Tomato sliced 1
Eggs (stiffly beaten) 2
 bun
shami  Kabab
 green chatni Chutney
cabbage sliced
Kitchup

Method

Make thick patties with shami kabab, dip in beaten egg, shallow fry on a griddle with oil as required, slit the bun from centre, toast bun, spread prepared chutney on the toasted bun, top with fried patty, put onion slice, tomato slice and cabbage  top with 1 tbsp green chutney,  and kitchup  cover with other half of bun and cut into 2 from centre.

Mutton Nawabi recipe Ingredients Mutton 500 gm ghee desi 1 cup onion meduim 4 tomatoes 3 medium ginger 1 inch piece garlic clove 4-5 Whole  gram spice 30 gm Whole coriander 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp salt  1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Green chilies 3-4 Method  First add 1 littre of water in pan then add coriander,fennel ,cumin ,mutton ,peel whole onion,garlic , garlic and salt cook untill mutton half done when mutton half done spred the mutton ,ginger,garlic and onion from mutton stock Filter the mutton stock and keep a side Now make paste of onion ,ginger and garlic in mixer Make tomatoes paste.
