Ingredients,

Bitter Gourd     300 gm
Chicken Mince    300 gm
Potato                   1 (cut in cubes)
Onion                    1 (sliced)
Tomato                 1(sliced)
Ginger Garlic Paste   2 tbsp
Oil                         1 cup
Salt                         1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder  1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric                 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala        1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder   1/2 teaspoon

Method

first peel the bitter gourd and remove all seeds and add 1 teaspoon of salt in bitter ground leave for 2 hour.
now wash bitter gourd with cold water and dry .
Add oil in pan add onion cook till golden brown after onion is brown now add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes with whole dry spices add little water and saute .
add bitter gourd ,mince and potato cook on low flame about 15 min .
Keema Karella Allo is ready to serve now.
