How To Make Semolina  Halwa For Pori



soji ka halwa is a very easy to make dish and can be made in a couple of minutes. you could employ roasted semolina or clean semolina . but if you are the use of sparkling semolina, then roasting semolina (cream of wheat) with constant stirring is a completely critical step. hold frying with regular stirring for 8 – 10 mins in low medium flame in ghee or oil till its color changes and becomes aromatic. Now to the recipe.
cardamom 4-5
orenge food color few drop
kawera  water 1/2 teaspoon
½ cup of raisins
¼ cup of sunflower seeds
¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup sugar
semolina 1 cup


In a saucepan boil the water Let simmer for 5 minutes.after 5 mint add food colour
In the meantime, in a separate pan, sauté the semolina,cardamom ,nuts  in the ghee until a deep golden color. Keep over medium/low heat.
Add the boiled mixture to the sautéed semolina stirring frequently with care as there may be some sizzling and splashing.
Add the sugar  and let cook for a further 5 mins. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy!
