Creamy Chicken And Vegetable Pot pie Recipe






Ingredients

200 gm Chicken Mince
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced potato
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced capsicum
1/2cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 egg 
Salt and pepper to taste
Any other spices/herbs you feel like adding
puff pastry 200gm

Method

Add oil in pan  and add chicken mince in pan cook untill half done.
Mix well milk and flour in bowl
 Add  your veggies when it will half done ,don't add capsicum right now in you chicken
combine well, mixing for about a minute 
In about five minutes, when the onions turn translucent, they’re done feel free to add in all spices as well as .
Next, add flour mixture in this chicken and veg and allow it to thicken. If you want it thicker you can always add more flour, but be sure not to just add it straight in, as it’ll clump.
Mix your desired amount of heavy cream  , before adding it to the skillet. Conversely, if it’s too thick, just add more water. Once it’s started to thicken add capsicum .
Remove the pan  from heat and allow to cool while your oven reaches 375°F.
Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface and lay it over the top of skillet, pressing it firmly against the sides. Use a knife to cut small slits in the dough to allow some steam to escape. Finally, brush the dough with the egg wash.
Bake for roughly 30 minutes. Creamy Chicken and vegetable pot pie is ready to serve.
