Mutton grilled with vegetables      Ingredients    Mutton 500 gm   Baby onion 3-4   Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp   Dry red chillies 2-3   Salt 1 Tsp     For marinate   lemon 1   coriander 2 tbsp   Mint 2 tbsp   Olive oil 2 tbsp   soy sauce 2 tbsp   green chillies 2-3   hot chilli sauce 4 tbsp     some vegetables of your own choice      Method     First, we will boil the mutton,   Add 250 ml water in the pan, mutton,,ginger garlic, salt, onion, dry chillies and cook untill half done.   Seprate the onion and mutton from pan and keep aside.   For homemade marination sause, we will add the whole in ingredients in the blender with boiled onion, blend   them well and pour on boiled mutton, leave it for 1/2 hour.   Now grilled the mutton and add vegetables in recmaining sauce .   now well grilled the vegetables aso and serve.
