Shahi Tukda Recipe(Eid Special Recipe)

Ingredients

Bread sliced 6 
Condenced milk 80 gm
Milk powdr 100 gm
Fresh cream 100 gm
Dry fruits 30 gm
Full fat milk 500 gm
Ghee 1 cup
Sugar  6 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Safroon 1 pinch (soak in milk )


Method

Add milk in pan and bring to boil and cook until milk reduce in half quantity.
fry the bread slices in ghee and keep a side.
When  milk is ready as or required add sugar ,safroon ,cardamom,condenced milk and milk powder and mix well when sugar dissolved in milk then turn off the flame.
Assamble the fried bread slices in serving dish and pour the milk mixture on slices .
Garnished with nuts and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve chilled and enjoy.....
